5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Refunds

Refund policies are as follows:

Before Work Commences: Deposits may be refundable if cancellation occurs before work begins, subject to a 10% administration fee
After Work Commences: No refunds are provided for work already completed
Project Cancellation: Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date
Unsatisfactory Work: We will work to resolve issues. Refunds are only considered if we are unable to meet agreed specifications after reasonable attempts

5.2 Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice:

Client must pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date
Vortin Digital may cancel if payment is not received as agreed
Cancellation does not affect rights to payment for completed work

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information and content for the website
Obtaining necessary permissions for content (images, text, etc.)
Providing timely feedback and approvals
Ensuring content complies with applicable laws
Maintaining backups of website content
Paying invoices as agreed

7. Limitation of Liability
